RMBO Connected Lakes Banding Report 9/30/14

We banded 20 birds and recaptured 3 yesterday, with the nets only open two hours.  We did not open nets for banding today, 10/1, due to the rain.

Breakdown of new captures, 9/30:

Bushtit - 5

American Robin - 1

Orange-crowned Warbler - 9

Spotted Towhee - 3

Gambel's White-crowned Sparrow - 2

This Saturday will be the Public Day.  Banding will start at sunrise and continue until noon.  Please feel free to come out and enjoy the banding process.
