Leucistic grackle

Question for Mr. Floyd:  Is this (pic below) the leucistic grackle you saw at Greenlee?  I pondered what it was for two days - first thought it might be a rusty blackbird and then decided it was a female grackle, so thx for ID.  It's a beautiful bird.  Also, what did you mean about the heron rookery?  Thanks.
