Road conditions to Mitchek

I'm hearing the roads coming down from Flagler to Mitchek are deceivingly sloppy. The road coming up from Wildhorse is in better shape. I have also heard a couple of birders possibly had a quick glimpse of the Golden-crowned Warbler this morning.
