Is there anyone who can help me catch an injured Red-tailed Hawk? I was out birding and found it. It has an injured wing. It can't fly. No one will come out; they all tell me I have to bring the bird in!!!!! Location is Lanewood Street and E. 131st Ave (approx). Just NE of DIA. It's part way up a small dead tree by a barbed wire fence. It will be dark soon, so if it's still there in the morning maybe someone can help me?

UPDATE!!! The Juvenile Red-tailed Hawk was successfully captured around noon today by Scott Rashid, with help from Zach Fitzgerald. They came out all the way from Estes Park. Some of you may know Scott; he is the director of Colorado Avian Research and Rehabilitation Institute. The wing is damaged, as I suspected. It was taken to the Birds of Prey Foundation in Broomfield for treatment. Susan Rosine Brighton
