We were rained out yesterday; today started cool and breezy but ended with an early close because it was very windy and quite warm.  Interesting weather and an interesting mix of species - we caught 3 species that are rare for the station - a lovely adult Sage Thrasher (4th in 17 years), a Red-naped Sapsucker (5th in 17) and a Townsend's Solitaire (10th in 17).  Also had our first junco.  Here's the breakdown of the 48 new birds (also had a slew of recaps):

Red-naped Sapsucker 1
Dusky Flycatcher 1
House Wren 1
Townsend's Solitaire 1
Sage Thrasher 1
Orange-crowned Warbler 12
Yellow-rumped Warbler, Audubon's 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler, probable intergrade 1
Common Yellowthroat 1
Wilson's Warbler 17
Green-tailed Towhee 4
Song Sparrow 1
Lincoln's Sparrow 1
White-crowned Sparrow, Gambel's 3
Dark-eyed Junco, pink-sided 1
