Found this morning and I needed to come back with optics to confirm. You can see the tree I found another one December 23, 2017! Between the Buffalo Canyon and Kensington Apartments. Try putting 741 29th street in google maps. Or see the below picture for the location. The pin shows the trees it’s been favoring. Wind is kicking up and it was rather difficult to find again.

Re-found the bird at ~5 pm in same general area, only slightly further west; initially seen in the trees just east from 29th st, where it crosses over the small creek there. Subsequently seen there by m.o.b. Really nice find, and a lifer for myself and others present. Thanks Nick!

Bird was refound this morning at 8:45 am in the same tree as yesterday by a small group of 5 people.  It was hanging out with 3 yellow-rumped warblers and a Townsend's Warbler.  We all got great looks after looking for an hour for it.
