The following is from Jessi Oberbeck.

I got there about 6:20pm and it was there. About 6:45 some boys showed up with a mechanical airplane and it spooked the Pelican. I've driven around the entire Lake for the last 15 minutes and can't find it. No clue where it went I lost it in the sun.
