Hi all
Did my usual spring migration commuting route stopping at Crom Lake. Awesome morning for shorebirds there ...
Long-bill Dowitcher - 8
Willet - 13
"Peeps" (I am seeking some ID help here and elsewhere ... see photos at link below and respond to this post or to me individually, I'd appreciate it)
Wilson's Phalarope - 10
Greater Yellowlegs - 6
Lesser Yellowlegs - 3
American Avocet - 18
Spotted Sandpiper - 1
Should be first 23 photos here:
http://www.friendsofthepawneegrassland.org/albums/view/14/crom-lake-pierce
Or there are seven posts of Crom Lake birds here:
http://www.friendsofthepawneegrassland.org/profile/admin
On the first one click where it says "+15" to see all on one page. For rest, click individual photo, go back to page, click other photo.
Appreciate your inputs!

Hi all
These are two Sanderlings(!) at Crom Lake I've been told and as my gut suspected.

Hi all
The 20 or so "peeps" appear to be mostly Semipalmated Sandpiper with a few Western Sandpiper sprinkled within the group.
Appreciate your inputs!
