Question about Pueblo Snowy Owl

In the last 48 hours has anybody observed this bird flying or is it in the exact same place?

It likely hunts at night, it has been in different parts of the tires two mornings.

On Jan 9 when Brandon discovered the Snowy Owl there were two earlier reported from Pueblo Reservoir South Marina
with no mention of the Snowy Owl.  Later in the morning Brandon found the owl on the tires.
