Fort Collins Audubon Society hosting program on Brown-capped Rosy-Finches Thursday, September 14th

Fort Collins Audubon Society will be hosting Luke George, Science Director, Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, who will be speaking on “Brown-capped Rosy-Finches: Sirens of the Mountain Tops,” on Thursday, September 14th.  The program will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Fort Collins Senior Center.  Luke George will summarize the little information we currently know about rosy finches and plans for future research on their  major decline over the past 50 years.
