Western Tanager in Severance backyard

Amongst the juniper trees in my backyard, one mile west of Severance, I had a male Western Tanager on Thursday a.m.   I put out some oranges but it didn’t come to the feeder.    Typically I see Bullock Orioles before the Tanagers show up, but not this Spring.
