Hello, what is the etiquette, thinking, published data, common practice regarding......
Posting a photo on the eBird checklist OR on a Facebook page, of a nearly fledged hawk in a nest?
In this case, SWHA nest in a Denver Park, single bird occupying the nest, looks like it is ready to fledge, easily visible. two adults flying overhead. we were easily able to photograph the bird in the nest from the ground. there is no locaiton data on ebird other than the checklist location (this nest has been reported on prior checklists this season, this location). regarding FB posting of the photo, how detailed a description is appropriate? the species? city? general location? specific location? I am not a FB user, therefore i don't have a means of comparison.
thanks
