I found your email on an old cobirds post.

Silver Star is the third-highest Army medal behind the Congressional Medal of Honor and the Distinguished Service Cross.

I think it is an approx. 10 month old female Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.  Please tell me if I am correct or if it is a Red-naped Sapsucker.
