Fawn Brook Inn FOR SALE $400,000

Bob Shade posted that a for sale sign was in front of Fawn Brook Inn. I was there yesterday and was wondering about the same thing. Apparently, it is going for 'only' $400,000. But with all middle or upper class birders in out state, of thousands of us birders chipped in and we devised a way to raise this, would that really be out of our reach. I'm not advertising this, but it would be great for birders and birds in Colorado. I myself would buy it if I am as successful as I hope to be in fifteen years. Ben, I think that's a good idea to have birders join together to buy the Fawnbrook Inn. I'd be happy to contribute. Perhaps some sort of nature trust could operate it and expand its attractions for bird watchers?

A Kickstarter or GoFundme campaign might be able to raise the necessary 400 large. - Dave/Ward, Boulder County
