The Cassin's Finches have returned with the snow once again.  Multiple Boulder Bird Club members have reported them in the last two hours.

I have hundreds of them at my house in Estes along with all three rosy-finches and Evening Grosbeaks

We also have over a foot of snow here and it is still coming down :(

In Grand County near Tabernash, today is the most species I've ever had on a single feeder at the same time -- five. (Gray-crowned rosy around the back.)

Feeders being ransacked by rosies (no blacks yet), crossbills, pine grosbeaks, juncos (I've never seen so many before -- dozens), nuthatches, chickadees, and Cassin's finches. Occasional visits by Steller's and Canada jays, too.
