A prairie falcon on the wing, several red tailed hawks, two kestrels, the resident bald eagle pair, and three white geese flying far off among the thousands of Canada and cackling geese were at Stearn's Lake in Boulder County this afternoon, 2:45. Much of the lake is still open.
