Cassin’s Finch- started singing on 2-12, daily flock of up to 20, mostly of first year birds. As the month went on many of the first year birds started to show reddish plumage.
House Finch- singing on 2-6
Rosy Finches- reports in winter south of Florissant
Common Redpoll- 1M, new species for yard area, from 2-12 thru 2-22
