Red Phalarope at Union Reservoir (Weld Co.)

This morning, a Red Phalarope was spinning around in the northeast quadrant of Union Reservoir.  It was by itself and was the only phalarope seen.  Unfortunately, the northeast part of the lake is very difficult to observe from land.
