Science session, CFO convention, New deadline for abstracts

Hello, everybody.
The deadline for submission of abstracts for the science session at the 2017 CFO convention in Steamboat Springs, June 1-5, 2017, has been extended by one week. The new deadline is Friday, May 5. Submit abstracts to CFO Science Session Chair, Christy Carello, carello "at" msudenver "dot" edu.

All persons are invited to present at the science session, and CFO especially encourages students and young(ish) researchers to contribute to the science session. The student/youth convention registration price is only $25, and lodging at the Colorado Mountain College is very economical. All students are invited to the CFO student mixer on Friday evening, and the entire convention is an excellent opportunity for meeting new friends, learning about professional opportunities, general networking, and, of course, superb birding.
