Used binocular

I am looking for a used, waterproof binocular in good condition to send to a young Colombian bird guide.  He was given an ABA Birder’s Exchange binocular in 2011 but it was recently stolen. If you wanted to donate a binocular, his name and email address is included in the cc.  He speaks and writes English well and he would provide you with a Miami relative’s address, a person who could deliver the binocular to avoid any duty payment.  He is a university student in Colombia.
