Big Johnson Reservior Arctic Tern _ El Paso County (yes)

The previously reported adult Arctic Tern was seen by John and Bill Maynard from the lower parking area at Big Johnson Reservoir in El Paso County at 2 p.m., but unfortunately it was resting on the opposite side where an island is seasonally located.  The tern was with a small flock of gulls. Scope highly desirable.
