Cascadas e-mail regarding week 53 availabily

Can anyone explain to us why there are only 14 units available to rent for week 53 when it is a leap year and no one owns that week?  Seems odd that they aren't all available for members to rent.  Are we missing something?

Hi there – that is a good question.  I believe that the owners who own week 52 have first choice to rent their unit in week 53 every seven years.
