about VMcost in cloudsim .‏

Hello everyone

I am having difficulty calculating the cost for the virtual machine in the Cloudsim simulator. 

The equation in the image above, how can it be implemented inside CloudSim? please help me...

in, 
cloudsim-3.0.3\examples\org\cloudbus\cloudsim\examples\power\Helper.java class gives an example of where you can define the unit costs for all the CPU,RAM,Storage&BW parameters.
But the only missing parameter is network which is not talked about in the power examples.

Please share the full length paper you pasted here to understand more on that.

you can calculate it hoststatehistory or add vmstatehistory for total time vm is used and calculate cost
