Dear cloudlab admins,

I was trying to start this cloudlab profile today with 3 c220g5 machine in the Wisconsin cluster: https://www.cloudlab.us/show-profile.php?uuid=80c2971a-423a-4946-b820-fec35ab5ca74.

However, the profile cannot be instantiated and it showed this error: "Error creating container experiment"

Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?

Thank you.

Best regards,
Triet Huynh

Same issues, I am trying to reload my node but failed and then I terminate the old experiment and restart a new one got the exact same errors. But my reservation is going to expired in 12 hours.

We're having some problems at the Wisconsin cluster that require on-site intervention.  We're trying to get an engineer at Wisconsin over to that datacenter, but there is a very good chance that there won't be someone able to get there until tomorrow morning.  Apologies for the inconvenience, we'll try to have things back on the air as soon as we can.

Update:  We were able to get somebody on-site who was able to work around the problems we were having.  The Wisconsin cluster should be back on the air now.

Hi,

Due to the outtage last night I cannot use this reservation: https://www.cloudlab.us/resgroup.php?edit=1&uuid=2e5e4474-9be4-4481-8eb0-780006ecb2cb

It was deleted at 5am this morning, can Cloudlab restore my reservation for 3 c220g5 nodes at the Wisconsin cluster?

Thank you.

The easiest thing to do is to just create a new reservation. There appear
to be nodes available for the time range you want.

Hi Mike,

I understand, I have submitted a new reservation for the same 7 days period but it got pushed back to the 23rd instead of 19th.
Can you approve this new reservation?

Thank you.

Best regards,
