[recommendation-ai] no effect after event purging operation after several days

Hi, 

I’m using Recommendation AI API and tried to schedule event purge operation, but it’s been 2 days and event count is still the same

The operations list http request returns just the name of operation and I don’t see anything else that I can do right now

I scheduled several of them, after I saw that there are no effects, the earliest name - projects/484309255543/locations/global/catalogs/default_catalog/operations/purge-user-events-15791025267374685539 and the latest - projects/484309255543/locations/global/catalogs/default_catalog/operations/purge-user-events-13152430552149214865

I am also only seeing the purge operation ID when trying to get the status of the operation, no idea if anything's happening.

Jolene and Polina, purging user events can sometimes take several days and we don't recommend using it unless you absolutely have to. 

You can either wait for the operation to complete, or switch to ingesting data into a new project. +Charles Zhang +Patrick Hess FYI.
