dag runs not showing up in UI

I can see logs from the dag run, including this final message indicating success.

Marking run <DagRun roboflow_cloud @ 2018-08-03 20:18:16: manual__2018-08-03T20:18:16, externally triggered: True> successful

However, there is nothing indicating a dag run ever occurred in the web UI (has been ~25 minutes since running). Is this WAI?

I don't think so. 

Here's a quick way to find out whether the information is accessible to the webserver:
1. Go to the "Data Profiling" > "Ad Hoc Query".
2. Select "airflow_db" from the dropdown connection menu.
3. Execute the following query:
SELECT * FROM dag_run
WHERE dag_id="roboflow_cloud".

You can check whether this particular DagRun appears there, if so, it's probably an Airflow webUI thing(WAI or bug).
