[Airflow RBAC] Add permissions to a role through CLI

Hello,

I would like to add permissions to an airflow RBAC role through the CLI. Howerver, the current command enable me to only create a role without setting permissions :

gcloud beta composer environments run airflow-matching --project projector-310213 --location europe-west1 roles -- create my-role

How could I add permissions to a role in airflow using the CLI and not the UI ?
