Training pipeline failed with error message: Less than 50% of rows successfully generated examples.

Has anyone received this error message before? Or where we can go to find more information on it?

We were able to import and train this dataset in Tables using Cloud Console, but when training the same dataset in Unified AI Platform, this error presents itself. We are keeping the training time, data types, target column and objective function the same.

Any thoughts?

Hey Andrew, do you have the project number, pipeline id, etc? I can help debugging to find the reason. we do have this logic to validate at least half of the rows generated examples.

Thanks,

Hey Yifan,

I opened up a support case in GCP, so someone is already looking into the individual training job. Thanks for offering your help!

Hi Andrew! Did you solve this?
I am facing the same issue and I was wondering if you had a feedback on it.
Thank you

Jack/Claudia,

Are you using the "Auto" transformation, or are you overriding the transformations with Numeric, etc?

If you are overriding the transformation, please double-check that the values in the column can be transformed as such.

Also experiencing this issue - not sure what's causing it.

I am setting transformation for each column. Gonna try without to see if that resolves the issue.
