[ANN]: duratom 0.4.7

Hi folks,

This new version adds support for error-handling (at the persistence
layer). Despite noone having asked for this feature, I feel it is long
overdue, but I finally figured out how to do it consistently/uniformly
for both  synchronous VS asynchronous commits, and so here it is. Check
the relevant section in the README [1] for more details ;).
