Hello, I have clarified the relationship between file sizes, and I now understand that the submitted data should be less than 0.5*10*30/8=18.75MB in total. However, for evaluation purposes, is it required that each individual video meets a size of 0.5*10/8= 0.625MB under the condition of 0.5 Mbps?

We have no requirements for individual videos, we only require that the entire dataset meet the final size requirement.

You could have 29 videos that are 1 byte and 1 video this is MAX_SIZE - 29 bytes and that would satisfy the constraints.
