As an installation requirement, I see that ClawPack works only with the following OS:

• Linux

• Mac OS X

I have just heard of PyClaw and I want to use it to generate data in propulsion and Combustion research. However, I use a windows machine. 

Does that mean I cannot use ClawPack (Pyclaw)?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Hi Kofi,

We generally do not provide support for running Clawpack on windows, but you can use all of Clawpack in the WSL (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/).  You can also use some of PyClaw directly in Windows if you do not need the Fortran.
