New Counselor available V.180 (v1.791/5,081)

Changes for this version:

- Added search filters to each tab to filter results. Now you can type and the table filters according to your query.

- Added a location tab that lists all hexes in the game.

- Better error message when an EGF file fails to load, with information for me to find out what happened.

- You need this one for any turns generated since 2025-01-25.

Upgrade is mandatory.

I had to re-generate the result files for games 847 and 836, you will receive new turns soon. You can delete the previous files, keeping only the latest. This was not a re-run, so the same results remain.

Warning, I am already working on V.181 and the Judge. There are a few more changes coming to improve the game. A big part of the rushed push is that I am changing the format of the orders file, which creates breaking changes between Judge and Counselor.

That's why things are breaking. They will stabilize soon.

Hi Pio, Alfonso and others.

While I find what's causing this, I believe I made a setting incompatible.

Try deleting (or renaming) your properties.config from the Counselor file. Then run Counselor again. It will create a new one and purge any config that's causing the crash. Then you can manually reapply the settings again.

Pio, Alfonso and anyone that played the Battle Royal with the test Counselor, that is the problem! 

As you had the Locations tab before anyone else, and it had all those placeholder filters, the Counselor saved which filter you had last ... and that filter does not exist anymore, replaced by the new search filter.

All you need to do is to:

Close all Counselors.

Open properties.config with notepad or similar simple program, then set the value of "GuiFilterHex" line to 0, like this

GuiFilterHex=0

Then run Counselor again. All should work. 

Other people not in the Battle Royalle games were not affected.
