I just stumbled across this project based at Cornell that might offer useful ideas/lessons: http://regulationroom.org/learn/what-regulationroom

Thanks Tim, I really like their effort to explain how people can be most effective in their comments. It looks like the program concluded, Would you be willing to reach out to see if there is anyone we could talk with about it? If they are willing to license CC, some content might be good to remix. The platform looks interesting as well, sounds like they went from Wordpress to Drupal. Using a CMS like Drupal was one of routes recommended by Finnur.

Bruce and all,

I've had to step back for a couple weeks at least. Please, if someone else is interested, go ahead and reach out to the Cornell folks to see if they would be willing to talk with us about their experience.

Tim

During the coming week, I'll reach out to the powers-that-be at the Cornell eRulemaking Initiative on behalf of CitizenEquality.US, in hopes gaining their advice and/or assistance.
