Not able to upload bed files

Dear cistrome users,

As of the 26th I am not able to upload any new data (I am trying bed format) to Cistrome. Colleagues have encountered this problem as well. An email has been sent to cistro...@jimmy.harvard.edu

I was wondering whether anyone who encountered the same issue found a work around? Also with Get DATA --> Upload file --> Paste Text I still keep having the same error:

File "/project/Cistrome/CistromeAP/galaxy-dist/tools/data_source/upload.py", line 225
except Exception, e:^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Suggestions are highly appreciated,

Hi,

Cistrome AP is online and upload function is fixed.

The BETA functions are also work now, somehow it breaks for a long time...
