Anyone used another software with Cirqoid ( GRBL and FlatPCB)

I was wondering if anyone tried to use other softwares for Cirqoid. I am facing a big problem with the pcb which are not flat and my V-bit digs variable dimensions isolations. Also if you have any ideea how to solve this I am open at suggestions. Alex.

Looking to sell my lightly used Cirqoid machine with many accessories including bit / vac attachment / high speed spindle / paste dispenser and load of
