Hi,
I've managed to make a circos plot with chromosomes and their interchromosomal interactions but I'd like to include a ChIP seq plot in my diagram but I don't know how. Ideally, I'd like to make it look like the ones that can be generated from HOMER (see http://homer.ucsd.edu/homer/interactions/circos.html).

I have a bed file but I'm not sure how the input file is supposed to look as well, so short examples would be extremely helpful as well!

Thanks,
Tiffany

Are you looking to create a histogram of peaks?

If so, the input format is

CHR START END VALUE {param}

and then follow the histogram tutorial

I want to create a histogram of the peaks but I'm not sure how to write that into the config file so it looks like the image from HOMER (see website)
