Sacred Harp Singing Sunday

Hi Everyone,

Join us this Sunday afternoon, from 3 to 5,  for our monthly Sacred Harp singing.  We will meet at St. John's Unitarian Church,  320, Resor Ave.  45220.  Come around to the back parking lot and come in the back door.  We will sing from the new Sacred Harp and the Shenandoah Harmony.  We have books to loan if you don't have one.

Greetings, musical friends: 

I just want to thank all of you for a most enjoyable sing yesterday, and I am looking forward to our 2026 Ohio Convention. And I also want to thank you all for your friendship, which is worth so much to us.  These days are difficult and confusing for many, but we can find strength and fellowship in the songs which we sing together.  It makes a difference; I believe it makes a positive difference in our health, too. 

My church choir hangs together no matter what happens in the church, and the last 20 years have seen some differences of opinion in that congregation.  So many people, even in other churches, have noticed that the Trinity choir does not appear to be affected, regardless of upheavals.  

Let us sing,

What a nice note Claire. I agree with you.  For me, one of the neat parts of Sacred Harp is meeting people I never would have otherwise crossed paths with.
