mac-arm64 v115 and v116 Chrome for Testing builds corrupted.

Hi there,

just tried to download v115 and v116 of "Chrome for Testing" mac-arm64 builds from https://googlechromelabs.github.io/chrome-for-testing/ and those do not work on Mac Mini M2. When tried to launch system popup appears saying "This app is corrupted and cannot run. Please move to trash".

Are you downloading these manually via the browser? In that case, macOS Gatekeeper might be causing this: https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/chrome-for-testing#macos-says-the-app-is-damaged-what-now

Consider using @puppeteer/browsers or another automated installation mechanism.
