Jane on vacation until March 8

Hi everyone--

      I am moving and will take vacation time beginning tomorrow, February 18 and will be back in the office March 8.  I tend to read email, but may not be able to respond quickly (and how often do we really have cataloging emergencies anyway?). 

In case there are problems with Koha, the ByWater support staff are available and will be able to help. If there are problems with your internet connections, then, as usual, please contact your internet service provider.

ByWater urgent issue (Koha stops working): call 888-900-8944

To enter a ticket (not an emergency, but there is a problem):

     Go to https://ticket.bywatersolutions.com/

     Login: lin...@bywatersolutions.com

     Password: chinook

     Select the NEW TICKET tab, then for Queue, select SUPPORT.  That opens a form where you will describe the problem, when it happens, any extra information that might let the ByWater team replicate the problem.  If you have screenshots saved as jpg or files, you can drag and drop them into the Attach area of the form.  When you've finished writing, scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the Create Ticket button.
