erlmongo an option over original mongoDB driver

Just wondering if erlmongo (https://github.com/SergejJurecko/erlmongo) has been considered as an alternative to the 'original' Erlang mongoDB driver (mongodb-erlang).

Has any reader tried this driver, either for ChicagoBoss or in another scenario?

Its documentation is sparse and I would say it needs some work (just like mongodb-erlang). Right now I'm in the process of putting together a demo app using erlmongo, which, if I get it to work in a satisfactory way, will be available on github.
