init-dev working but init error no match route.

My controller works fine in init-dev.sh, but it fails in init.sh. I think my routes need modification. 

Error:

 No routes matched the requested URL. Additionally, no handler was found for processing 404 errors. You probably want to modify ../cb_tutorial/priv/cb_tutorial.routes to prevent errors like this one.
