Hi,
I’m having trouble syncing a media file with my .cha file. I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue. I created a folder with the media name and added both the .cha file and the media file to that folder. When I select the media file, it still gives me an error asking me to move the media file.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I also noticed that there is an “xxx” in the Tape location section — could that be related to the problem? I’m not sure how to correctly set or locate that path.
Thank you so much for your help

Thank you so much! I have a quick follow-up question — is it possible to change the bullet duration? My current template is set to 2 seconds, but I’d like to extend it to 10 seconds.
Best,

Siddhi,The culprit is the period that you have in the file name. CLAN reads the name up to the period and thinks that what follows is the file type.
