Error opening video file

Hi,

I’m encountering this error when running CLAN. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software to ensure I have the latest version, but the error persists.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue or advise on how to resolve it?

Siddhi,

   That is quite an interesting and complex pathway to your video.  Perhaps k: ios some external drive controlled by the department with some access restrictions.  Perhaps the spaces in your folder names are confusing the search path.  Try putting the transcript and the movie file in the same folder on your local computer to see if that works for you.

Pleas do not use space characters in file names of file Path. You can replace space characters with '_' character if you want to separate names.
