ENG MOR grammar freezes during download

hello group:

I am trying to download the newest version of ENG MOR, and it freezes once it gets .2% downloaded.  Tried in multiple browsers, same effect.  Anyone else encounter this?  Might just be that everything is too hot to work here on the east coast today

Dear Shelley,

Downloads of ENG MOR work fine for me from my home in Pittsburgh.  Maybe the NSA and the Chinese are busy downloading data in DC?
