CHAT App does not have volume control. The volume is automatically set to maximum internally and user can control the volume through computer's volume control.
If this is a bug, then I need more information about your system:
1. Are you using Mac or PC?
2. Which OS, i.e. Mac 10.15 or higher or lower, PC's windows 10, 11 or other?
3. Is your computer system fully updated to the latest version available?
4. Are you using the latest version of CHAT software?
5. Are you using audio or video media? Is it WAVE, MP3, MP4 or something else?

6. Can you put one media file, that pays at low volume, on a cloud where we can get it from for testing?
