error message

does anyone know what this error message means and how to fix it? I thought it had something to do with attaching the video to the transcript, but that part worked just fine. Thanks!

Dear Taylor,

If you make sure that the name of the media file on your hard drive is the same as the name of your transcript file (except for their respective file extensions, e.g. .wav vs. .cha) everything should be fine.

I thought that may be the issue as well, so I made them the same name. That didn't seem to work, though.

Dear Taylor,
Your file name includes spaces and this can often confuse CLAN and other aspects of computers. If you could give your transcript and media file a short simple name with no spaces and use that name also in the @Media line, I think that might solve your problem.
