Generating list of Nouns used in transcripts

I am looking to generate a list of all the nouns used in each transcript. I know this should be fairly simple to do however I have been unable to find the command.

Dear Emily,
    You can use something like:

freq  @ +t*CHI +s"m|-n:*,|-n,;-*,o%” +u +f *.cha

You can also use the Search dialog when you select FREQ from the Progs dialog.  Inside the Search dialog, you choose "all noun stems merged" and that will give you the +s part.
