一些字的常用度9999999，設定為0套用之後，過一段時間又變9999999

到底要怎麼設定才可以不要讓他過一段時間又把奇怪的字常用度變999999？？？
使用者詞庫編輯完，之後還是會變 9999999

我也有一樣的問題，例如：「不」，但還是都會跑出「部」
偉，都會跑出煒，只用過一二次
