Not able to build custom checkstyle repo.

Hi All,

I am trying to create a external repo using the checkstyle dependency . My sample code is present in  https://github.com/rahulpal75/rahul-checkstyle/tree/main . But when i am using this dependency into a multi-module project by following https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-checkstyle-plugin/examples/multi-module-config.html  . The above repo is not getting build. And getting error like Execution repackage of goal org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:2.5.12:repackage failed: Unable to find main class.

Could someone please help me on how can i create a dependency so i can reuse that checkstyle jar by pom dependency. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[Note]: Please ignore the package structure , as that is for demonstration purpose.
