Hi everyone,

My name is Poonam Taxak. I have completed my BCA and I am currently preparing for backend development roles with a focus on Java.

I have recently started contributing to Checkstyle OpenRewrite Recipes and explored the HexLiteralCase check in detail.

I have implemented support for hexadecimal floating-point literals (float and double) in the HexLiteralCase recipe, including:

• Handling of mantissa conversion to uppercase

• Preserving exponent part (p/P)

• Maintaining original prefix format (0x / 0X)

• Adding corresponding test cases

All tests are passing successfully, and I have created a Pull Request for this change.

I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions for improvement.
